Yes and no. Due to the nature of the coating industry, we cannot control how our valued clientele manage their use of their spray equipment, if their paint was recently shaken and strained before use or persons unfamiliar with operating the equipment used the equipment post-repair.

Additionally we always test our work.

We do guarantee our work for the first use of the equipment post-repair. We also guarantee any parts we install for three months should they fail per normal use.

Emergency On-Site Repair Service (EOSRS) is for when your sprayer was working during a job and suddenly looses suction or pressure or ceases to function.

This service is not for when a sprayer is pulled directly out of storage for the first job of the season and instantly malfunctions. Spray equipment should always be tested post-storage and before the first job of the season. In this case, the more appropriate service would be the pick-up/drop-off service with a 1-week turnaround.

The EOSRS covers our fuel to get to site, liquid cleaning/testing supplies and 1-hour of labor for calls located on the Southern end of Vancouver Island as far as Duncan. Additional labor is charged at a rate of $145/hr.

An additional charge of $0.75 per km +a reduced hourly rate of $80/hr applies to calls North of Duncan.

No. In fact, depending on your account set-up at our service partner's business, you may benefit from NET-30 terms*. We have agreements in place built on mutual trust to support the best interests of you, our clients and the aligned business interests of one another.

It must be noted, however, that some of our Emergency Services and Enterprise Programs are not available through our service partners in certain circumstances.

All of our call-out rates for Architectural Sprayers cover our fuel and driving-time fees as well as the first hour of time on site with additional hours of labour being billed out at $95/hr.

Our call-out rates for Heavy-Duty Commercial or Road-Marking Spray-Equipment cover our fuel and driving-time fees as well as the first hour and a half of time on site with additional hours of labour being billed out at $145/hr.

Heavy-Duty Commercial equipment is any piece of spray equipment powered by gas or hydraulic system.

Yes and No.

We will only work on hydraulic systems and small engines at the premises of our Enterprise Clients that are part of our Enterprise Preventative Maintenance Programs.

We do not work on hydraulic systems and small engines in emergency settings.
